The room was unsatisfactory and did not match the photographs presented online. I was promised a renovated room but instead received one in need of serious updates. The shower was incredibly frustrating, with no hot water at all due to a clogged head, and the reception's dismissive response to my complaints was infuriating.

where do I begin, the shower head was absolutely clogged, resulting in a rudely cold shower, just delightful! and if the room's decor was any more dated, it would qualify as a museum exhibit. I fully expected a complimentary upgrade, but I guess they save those for special guests, not ordinary ones like me.

The scrambled eggs during breakfast were delicious, but be prepared for tight parking spaces if you're driving.

While there was a small issue with plug sockets in the room, it didn’t overshadow our pleasant experience.
